It provides advice to private stakeholders on energy investments, risk assessment, and market analysis. Balesene also works with public bodies and think tanks as it provided advice on energy policies. One of the latest projects consisted of the technical assistance to the EU Delegation in Azerbaijan on green economy aspects (in cooperation with BKP Economic Advisors GmbH).
